 E Flute
Stronghaven E Flute boards offer customers the advantages of reduced warping,
precise die cutting, tight registration and increased durability. As boards come
off our 78-inch corrugators, they are hand-flipped and rotated to minimize warping.
This is done because flatter boards insure better product quality.
The
boards then go to our converting department where four rotary die cutters and
a rotary ward four-color Verigraphics press allow us to handle your high volume
needs in a very cost-effective manner. The press can print four colors and can
die cut all in one pass.
For orders requiring precise die cutting, we
use one of two Bob Flatbed die cutters that are ideal for generating containers
with tight registration. Following all die cutting operations, employees take
the time to clear away debris from each container.
Litho Graphic Label
Products
Stronghaven's reputation in the corrugated industry for superior
litho labeled containers is unmatched. Used for a wide variety of applications
including telephones, electronic parts, pharmaceuticals, medical supplies and
a variety of light-weight products, these containers provide the advantage of
high graphic visual imaging for customers' products.
Litho labels are
laminated onto the boards before they are fed through the die cutters. They are
then sent through one of our two-in-line folder gluers enabling us to convert
auto lock bottom containers and four corner glue trays.
All Stronghaven
products are visually inspected before being stacked neatly into units according
to customer specifications. Stacking, aligning and bundling are done by hand for
superior unitization. Each order is shrink-wrapped or stretch-wrapped for maximum
product protection against damage during transportation and warehousing. This
is particularly important to our many customers in the food industry. Customers
tell us they can easily identify a pallet from Stronghaven in their warehouse
by its neat appearance.
