Design and Manufacturing of a 9-Color Display Solution for the Food Industry

This corrugated snack cake display was developed by Stronghaven Inc. for use in convenience store sales, with the aim to create a display to draw customers in. To achieve that goal, this new design positioned the product higher, and utilizing our nine-color capabilities we added graphics to attract attention and appeal to customers. Displays were pre-built in our fulfillment facility, thereby greatly reducing pack-out time at the manufacturers.

The product was constructed of sturdy corrugated materials with bright colors and a high gloss finish on high-holdout liners. We designed the display to protect the product during shipping as well as in the store, as our customer's standards required, and worked around the actual client-supplied product. All displays were delivered to manufacturing facilities in three states.

Within the first three months after introducing this display, the product it showcased outsold its previous twelve months' sales. New accounts were landed, and our client expanded the display style into their other brands, which also grew in sales.
